Upzap Terms and Conditions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPZAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Termination

UpZap may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurugram, India, 122011. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in Gurugram, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UpZap with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

11. Changes to Terms

  • UpZap may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.
